Taking advantage of climate conditions to bring out the best in winemaking.
Production of wine at Kikuka Winery is centered around grapes from our own vineyards that we started to cultivate in 2018. Alongside, our production also includes Kikuka Grape Production Promotion Association’s grapes from Kikuka Town and Yamaga City. To implement delicate processes for various sorts, the stainless steel tanks for fermentation and juice extractors are furnished with compact equipment. From viticulture to bottling, we are committed to consistent winemaking while taking advantage of the region’s climate conditions.

Do not miss the tasting of Kikuka made wine available only at the wine shop’s tasting space. (Payable) In the comfortably warming wooden wine shop, we provide a rich selection of fashionable glasses and cutlery, as well as other wine-related goods, fun even to just look at. We also hold wine pairing events with carefully selected courses, focusing on each season.

Starting with Kikuka Winery, our guests are also invited to visit the wine shop providing a dedicated tasting area. Kindly invited to relax at AIRA RIDGE. Awaiting is the selection of coffee from our café menu, as well as freshly baked bread and pizza take out.
